Don Larsen has over thirty years of Human Resources experience across a multitude of industries including legal, engineering, software development, hospitality and financial services.  Mr. Larsen has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.  He earned a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 2002 and the SHRM-SCP designation as well.  Mr. Larsen is also certified in Human Resources Project Management (HRPM), as well as Human Resources Compliance Professional (CUHRCP).  Mr. Larsen is also an Executive Committee member for the CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council, as well as being Vice Chair, Member Resources Committee.  Additionally, he is an active member of Forbes HR Council.  Mr. Larsen has been happily married for 29 years, has three adult children and proudly calls North Carolina home.  He currently helps support and provide care for his ailing parents – his mom with Dementia and his father as a cardiac patient and LVAD recipient. Mr. Larsen has been a long-standing volunteer with Meals on Wheels, Raleigh Rescue Mission, Special Olympics and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  In recent years he has also supported the Alzheimer’s Association and Walk for Hope in recognition of family members dealing with dementia related health issues and mental health struggles.  Mr. Larsen is also an active member of The Summit Church.

Nancy Rector, MT(ASCP)SM

An innovator in the area of Telehealth for the healthcare industry with profound expertise in the application of processes to solve health care issues at a community and consumer level, Nancy is also a highly skilled project and product manager with an eye for detail. Nancy holds a degree in Medical Technology with a specialty in Clinical Microbiology from Purdue University, a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists and has published multiple times on the subject of telehealth, infectious disease diagnostics and microbiology. Nancy also has 15+ years of experience in successful global marketing, portfolio management, product development and customer service.

 

Nancy was a caregiver for her aging parents and is currently a caregiver for her service disabled husband Hugh and son Brian.

Diane Leaf

Diane Leaf graduated at the top of her class at Westfield State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. During the past 30 years she has had a variety of leadership roles mostly in Information Technologies and Project Management in the healthcare industry.  She received her PMI project management certification in 2004 and has successfully managed large scale complex projects as a program director in the diagnostic health care industry. However, Diane believes her most important role is wife, mother and caregiver. After losing her precious son to complications from a stem cell transplant in 2016, Diane is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.
